Granite Jazz

Granite Jazz consists of two select jazz ensembles with membership through audition only. The student must be enrolled in either 6th or 7th Hour Band and agrees to attend all rehearsals and performances.  Groups perform several concerts, at district and state competitions, and for community events throughout the school year. Granite Jazz performs a variety of music including swing, rock, funk, and Latin. Auditions are held in November.
